Two independent pavilions extend the living spaces. Each pavilion comprises two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC, providing every guest with a private and peaceful retreat.
Outside, the 15 x 5 metre swimming pool, secured by an alarm system, blends naturally into this exclusive residential setting. A pétanque court further enhances the property’s leisure facilities, while two private parking areas can accommodate up to four vehicles.
Guests also enjoy access to the communal tennis court at the Domaine de Sperone.
On the lower level, a laundry room, together with four interconnecting staff bedrooms with shower rooms, completes the villa’s facilities.
Additional Information / Services
Bed linen and household linen are provided and changed once a week. The property also includes 15 hours of housekeeping per week.
For all rentals, check-in is from 5:00 pm onwards and check-out is before 10:00 am.
